We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, technician availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate property access information at the time of booking.


3. Estimates & Pricing

Any estimates provided for Chimney Sweep, Chimney Cleaning, Chimney Inspection, or Chimney Repair services are based on the information available at the time.

Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service.

We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.


4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to remit payment may result in additional fees or collection efforts.


5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment rescheduling.

6. Property Access & Safety

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to:

If hazardous conditions are present, including structural instability or unsafe roof conditions, service may be postponed.


7. Limitation of Liability

FlueCare Chimney – Bayville NJ is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing structural damage

  • Hidden internal chimney defects

  • Damage resulting from failure to schedule routine Chimney Sweep or Chimney Cleaning

  • Damage caused by prior improper installation or unauthorized repairs

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.


8. Chimney Inspection Disclaimer

A Chimney Inspection is a visual and/or technical evaluation of accessible components at the time of service.

Certain internal defects may not be visible without destructive testing.

A Chimney Inspection does not guarantee future performance or eliminate the need for routine Chimney Cleaning or Chimney Sweep maintenance.


9. Chimney Cleaning & Chimney Sweep Results

While professional Chimney Cleaning and Chimney Sweep services significantly reduce creosote buildup and fire risk, no cleaning service can guarantee complete elimination of future creosote accumulation.

Routine maintenance is required for ongoing safety.


10. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated in writing, services are provided without express or implied warranties.

Any workmanship warranty offered will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.

Materials used in Chimney Repair may be subject to manufacturer warranties.
